GLCL is constantly examining our business processes with the hope of improving our company, our coating services and, most importantly, our relationship with our customer.  As part of this strategy; in 2005 GLCL engaged an outside marketing firm to conduct a customer survey.

1.  Why are you a GLCL customer?

"They provide a contract service which gave us the opportunity to use their equipment and produce a product which we could not do ourselves."

"Larry provides a service for us that makes good financial sense."

"We are very confident of GLCL's coating capabilities.  GLCL has great integrity and will honor our client's confidentiality.  This is especially important to our clients that are contracting sensitive products."

2. What services does GLCL provide to you?

"Process development, product development and toll manufacturing."

"They do primarily contract coating.  We supply the materials and they produce the product."

 

3. How easy or difficult is it to work with GLCL?

"From a technical standpoint it is easy.  Larry's personal ethics are appreciated as well as his confidentiality.  Larry works in a very structurally organized fashion."

"Extremely easy.  He goes the extra mile and takes time to track down all the possible runs before he starts so no one misses out."

 

4. Are your needs being met?

" Quality- yes.  They are very responsive to our inquires, very proactive.  They are very creative in problem solving.  Larry does sessions with us and trains our people.  He is very proactive."

"Delivery times- yes, very accomodating. They understand their equipment and will bring up concerns and make necssary changes to make things work."
